All items are made-to-order, so we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges. Fulfillment from time of order generally takes 1-2 weeks (except for Patagonia items and umbrellas). International shipments may take up to 90 days and may be subject to additional customs charges. 

All Patagonia items and umbrellas are processed on the 23rd of each month, and will begin the 4-6 week fulfillment process on the 24th.
