• All items are made-to-order.
• Fulfillment from time of order generally takes 1-2 weeks, and we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges so please check sizes and colors when placing your order. 
• Premium Products: All Patagonia and North Face products will take 4-5 weeks and orders must be placed by the 11/15/25. They will then begin the procurement and fulfillment process(4- 5 weeks) on 11/16/25 and all orders will be completed before the winter recess. 
• International shipments may take up to 90 days and may be subject to additional customs charges.
• Since items may be shipping from different locations, you may receive multiple packages.
