Custom Items: All Patagonia and Charles River Apparel products require a 4-6 week fulfillment timeline and must be placed by 4/6/2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET. They will begin the 4-6 week fulfillment process on 4/7/2025 and should arrive domestically by mid May.

All items are made-to-order, so we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges. Fulfillment from time of order generally takes 1-2 weeks (except for Patagonia and Charles River Apparel items). International shipments may take up to 90 days and may be subject to additional customs charges.
