All items are made-to-order, so we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges. Fulfillment from time of order generally takes 1-2 weeks (except for Patagonia and Charles River Apparel items). International shipments may take up to 90 days and may be subject to additional customs charges. 

Patagonia and Charles River Apparel: These items require a 4-6 week fulfillment timeline and will be fulfilled in one batch:

• Orders for these items must be placed before March 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET. They will begin the 4-6 week fulfillment process on April 1st and should arrive domestically in time for graduation.
